Matt Rapoza joined the Anderson Audio Visual team in 2004 to reestablish and build Anderson Irvine. Since this inception, the office has been contracted on some of the largest commercial AV projects in the region. This phenomenal growth is due in large part to Matt’s ability to lead and assemble a first class team of experienced AV professionals.
Matt now brings to Anderson San Diego his wealth of business development experience and proven success strategy. In 2007, Matt was selected as acting President for both the San Diego and Irvine offices. By combining his rich approach to the Anderson design build model and complete dedication to the client's project success, Matt brings continued value to the Anderson team.
Robert Scharffer’s experience in the Audio Visual industry spans more than 2 decades. As President
of the Berkeley office, Robert oversees each audio visual system design and integration project. Robert’s
depth of technical expertise includes system design drawings, written performance specifications, installation
supervision and final inspection and adjustment for audio, video, projection and control systems.
Robert received an Associate’s Degree from the National Education
Center in Arizona and is a member of the Audio Engineering Society. He holds CTS and CSI
certifications and has been a member of the Construction Specification Institute Association
for several years.
John Neal’s career in the Audio Visual industry began in the mid 80’s. With a technically
diverse background and dozens of certifications including CTS, CVE, CCNA, and AMX ACE, John brings a
wealth of experience to the Sacramento office and value to every Anderson client. His Cisco certifications
specifically have supported the Sacramento office in offering clients advanced conferencing and streaming
solutions, in addition to traditional audio visual systems.
John holds a BS in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and sits on
several leading audio visual product manufacturer’s panels to support manufacturer
design and testing.
